Shipping policy

Baali Boutique provides free Ground shipping on all orders with value of $75 and above. Free shipping value is based on order total after any discount is applied. We ship to any destination within the contiguous United States, except to the PO and APO boxes. Currently we do not ship outside of the United States. If any items are returned from an order valued above $75 that result in the balance order value becoming less than $75, the under $75 order value shipping charges of $6.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Orders with free or paid Ground shipping are delivered within 3-7 business days after shipment. For urgent orders, customers can pay for Next Day or 2 Days Delivery shipping options. Please select the appropriate shipping option during order checkout.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Urgent orders received before 1pm Pacific Time will be shipped the same day. Urgent orders placed after 1:00 pm Pacific Time will be shipped on the next business day.

We recommend budgeting for a few extra days of delivery time due to carrier delays during holiday seasons, extreme weather events etc.
